Medical Director – Obesity / GLP-1

Warman O’Brien are proud to partner with a leading global CRO seeking an experienced Medical Director – Obesity / GLP-1 to support a major pharmaceutical organisation within a dedicated FSP model.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Medical Monitor across clinical studies
- Laboratory alert review and management of site inquiries
- Provide medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials
- Review and interpret clinical study data
- Collaborate with clinical operations, safety and regulatory teams
Experience required:
- MD
- Background in Endocrinology, Diabetes, Obesity Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred
- Medical Monitor experience is essential
- Clinical trial experience within Obesity / GLP-1 is essential
- Strong clinical research and development background
- Good understanding of GCP and clinical trial requirements
