Role Description The Mechanical Production Engineer (CNC Programming) is a full-time, on-site role based in Beni Suef. The role involves programming CNC machines, setting up production parameters, and optimizing machining processes to meet quality and efficiency targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, preparing CNC programs, overseeing machine setup, monitoring production runs, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The engineer coordinates with maintenance teams to minimize downtime, supervises inspection of finished parts, and collaborates with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues. The role also includes continuous improvement activities, documentation of processes, and supporting training for operators and technicians on CNC operations.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with practical experience in production environments.
* Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for interpreting and modifying technical drawings.
* Experience in equipment Maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and CNC systems.
* Knowledge of Inspection methods, quality control standards, and dimensional verification of machined parts.
* Background or exposure to Automotive manufacturing or related industrial sectors is beneficial.
* Hands-on experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation for various machining processes.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional production and maintenance teams.
* Relevant engineering degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
