We are seeking an experienced Manager, Events to lead the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of high-profile internal and external events. This role will be responsible for creating impactful event experiences that support organizational objectives, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and enhance brand presence both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee an annual events calendar aligned with business priorities and stakeholder engagement objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, exhibitions, forums, roadshows, executive events, activations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage all event phases, including planning, budgeting, logistics, on-site delivery, and post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate vendors, agencies, venues, production partners, travel arrangements, and accommodation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, messaging, and attendee experience.
- Oversee event branding, creative concepts, exhibition booths, and event activations to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining the highest standards of execution.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and external stakeholder relationships.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across event delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in event management, including large-scale corporate, government, or international events.
- Proven experience managing conferences, exhibitions, executive engagements, and stakeholder-focused events.
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities.
- Experience working with senior executives, government entities, partners, and external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel as required for event delivery.
