Role Description The Lead Technical Architect (LTA) | Temenos Transact/T24 will be responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end technical architectures for Temenos Transact/T24 implementations and related banking solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Amman involves leading solution design workshops, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. The LTA will guide development teams, review technical designs and code, and provide hands-on support for complex integrations and performance tuning. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams, managing technical risks, and ensuring best practices in security, reliability, and maintainability. The LTA will also mentor team members, contribute to architectural governance, and support pre-sales and technical proposal activities when needed.
