Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Amman, Jordan. The Lawyer will provide legal advice and representation to clients, draft and review contracts and other legal documents, and conduct legal research to support opinions and case strategies. Daily responsibilities include preparing case files, attending client meetings, negotiating agreements, and, where applicable, appearing before courts and administrative bodies. The role also involves analyzing legislation and regulations, assessing legal risks, and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective solutions for clients. The Lawyer will maintain accurate records, uphold professional and ethical standards, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement.
