Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jonah, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, including clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic specialists, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing account plans, monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Key Account Manager will conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients, address inquiries and concerns, and provide product training and support where needed. The role also involves analyzing market trends, contributing to business planning, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for informed decision-making.
- Business Planning capabilities, including developing account strategies, sales forecasts, and growth initiatives.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsive communication, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Experience in medical devices, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or pharmaceutical sales is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
