Why do we need you?
* Perform research and a variety of experiments, make detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret results.
Report on the experiments conducted and their results.
Instruct technicians in the preparation of specimen and samples for the Sales Team.
Identify the best way to conduct an experiment in terms of problem solving and efficient usage of available resources.
Support and trains laboratory technicians in learning job requirements to enhance their understanding and productivity.
Investigate products and quality defects in case of any clientele claims.
Test new or modified products to evaluate performance, durability, and compatibility.
Ensure all products comply with local and international standards, including TDS, AMS, and MSDS requirements.
Provide R&D with field insights, identify product gaps, and suggest improvements or new product opportunities.
Investigate quality issues or complaints, perform root cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports with solutions and preventive actions.
Abide by and reinforce all health and safety procedures, measures and policies.
Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediate bulks and finished products.
Conduct in-process control, testing, and the analytical part of validation activities during making and packing operations to ensure compliance with set quality standards.
Reformulation of existing and formulation of new products. Responsible for updating the system accordingly.
Responsible for applying and maintaining the WCM in the lab.
Responsible for informing the direct supervisor of the minimum stock quantity to avoid shortages.
Prepare and report the R&D cost savings, CO2 reduction, cleaning of Silos, microbiological testing of water, monitoring and analysis of daily test results.
Responsible for any additional task as requested by the Laboratory Supervisor.
Is this job for you?
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
0–2 years of laboratory experience (including internships or academic projects).
Basic knowledge of common analytical techniques.
Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and safety procedures.
Ability to accurately record data and follow established protocols.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
