- * Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracting activities, from requirements gathering to contract close-out.
- Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality contractual documents in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders—including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Supply, and Legal—to ensure contractual clarity, accuracy, and alignment.
- Oversee the execution of contracts and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Provide guidance and support to Contract Owners and Representatives during the tendering phase, through coordination with the Supply Focal Point and Legal to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Support Contract Owners during the contract execution phase by ensuring timely procurement processing, accurate SAP transactions, and alignment of procurement activities with the approved IT budget (OPEX and CAPEX).
- Ensure contract close-out activities are executed accurately and on time, in compliance with established policies and closure requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders throughout all stages of the contract lifecycle, promoting effective communication and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic input on sourcing strategies, ensuring effective risk mitigation, cost optimization, and alignment with business objectives and procurement of best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct comprehensive contract and supplier evaluations to ensure value delivery, performance compliance, and achievement of business objectives across all contractual engagements.
Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, Law, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ of experience in IT contract management, procurement, or Supply chain- preferably within the oil and gas, energy or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of IT contracting principles, procurement strategies, and vendor governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with IT-related contracts, including software licenses, SaaS, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draft complex contractual terms and conditions
Mandatory Requirements
- * Proficiency in ERP and contract management tools (e.g., SAP)
- Solid understanding of CAPEX and OPEX budget alignment in contract execution.
- Experience working with legal, technical, and procurement teams in a regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high- value and complex IT contracts in alignment with corporate governance
and risk mitigation protocols.
- Certification in contract or procurement management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC, CIPS, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and audit readiness in contract lifecycle management.
