We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. The role will involve infrastructure administration, troubleshooting, implementation, upgrades, technical coordination, vendor management, and participation in IT infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, administer, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, Wireless, DNS and DHCP.
• Manage and troubleshoot Enterprise Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs and network security policies.
• Administer and troubleshoot Fortinet and other enterprise network security solutions. • Provide technical support for Windows/Linux Servers, VMware, Storage, Backup and Compute infrastructure.
• Participate in infrastructure implementation, migration, upgrades, commissioning, UAT and handover.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQs, technical specifications, proposals, implementation plans and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, system integrators and internal teams for technical activities and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain network diagrams, configurations, security policies and infrastructure documentation.
• Support IT infrastructure operations, incident resolution and approved change management activities.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking and security.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls/security solutions.
• Experience with other enterprise security technologies such as Check Point, Palo Alto or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Windows/Linux, VMware/Virtualization, Storage and Backup.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation and communication skills.
• Good experience in vendor/OEM coordination and infrastructure project implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple technical activities and work independently.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Infrastructure implementation and migration projects Preferred Certifications CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, Ivanti, ITIL or PMP certifications will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, supporting infrastructure projects, and working independently in an enterprise environment.
