The OpportunityYou will work alongside experienced investment professionals, gaining exposure to investment opportunities, acquisitions, portfolio companies, and strategic financial decisions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Who We're Looking For Experience with a Big Four firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is highly preferred, particularly within Deals, Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, or Corporate Finance. * Strong hands-on exposure to financial due diligence, business valuations, and/or M&A transactions. * Solid understanding of financial statements, EBITDA adjustments, working capital analysis, and financial modeling. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. * CFA qualification or CPA certification is highly desirable. Candidates currently pursuing relevant professional qualifications are also encouraged to apply. * Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills. * Fluency in Arabic is mandatory*, alongside professional proficiency in English. * Candidates based in the UAE or open to relocating to Abu Dhabi are welcome to apply.
