Key Responsibilities:
The Insurance Brokerage Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut.
• Request and prepare insurance quotations from different insurance companies
• Review, study, and compare insurance offers, premiums, conditions, and coverage
• Communicate and follow up with clients regarding quotations, renewals, policy requirements, and general inquiries
• Assist clients throughout the claims process and follow up with insurance companies when needed
• Follow up on policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other administrative requests
• Maintain accurate client and policy records
• Handle filing, documentation, and data entry into the brokerage management system
• Coordinate and follow up with insurance companies on pending requests and client matters
• Prepare renewal files and ensure timely follow-up before policy expiry dates
• Support the team with the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of the brokerage
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years previous experience in insurance or brokerage firm
• Strong communication and client-servicing skills
• Good command of English and Arabic; French is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up efficiently
• Professional, responsible, and willing to learn
