Position is Monday to Friday only, no weekend work!* *What you will be doing:*** * Reading and comprehending drawings, scopes & equipment submittals * Knowledgeable of local mechanical codes for estimating & inspections * Estimates for job pricing, material takeoffs and ordering to complete the job * Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades * Installation of sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices * Measuring & drawing up sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered * Hanging/setting of exhaust fans, louvers, units & other mechanical equipment * Hanging of copper, PVC & piping hangers for refrigerant, condensate & CHW piping * Insulation of ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap * Low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other control devices * Copper brazing, equipment startup and troubleshooting a plus * Daily communication of work completed through company tablet
What you need for this position:- 4+ years of experience within the HVAC trade * Must have EPA certification * Refrigeration knowledge * Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations * Able to work independently * Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass an on site drug test * Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
