About the Role.
Job Title: Human Resources and Administration Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Manage HR and administrative activities across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Manage employment contracts, employee records, renewals, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee visas, work permits, residency, and related government procedures in Kuwait.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Kuwait labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, contracts, employment procedures, and employee relations.
- Liaise with government authorities and external service providers on HR and administrative matters.
- Support workforce mobilization/demobilization and other manpower-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and continuously improve HR and administrative processes.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or other industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait HR processes, including onboarding/offboarding, contracts, visas, work permits, residency, and government procedures.
- Good understanding of Kuwait labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, employee-relations, and organizational skills.
- Arabic proficiency is preferred and strong English communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Kuwait for a minimum of three years.
