Responsibilities:
-Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, deductions, and benefits, in coordination with the Finance Department.
-Oversee all NSSF and Ministry of Finance processes, including employee registrations, terminations, income tax declarations, family allowance, and end-of-service settlements, ensuring full compliance with Lebanese labor laws.
-Administer employee medical insurance plans, including timely handling of enrollments, renewals, and terminations.
-Manage the application and renewal processes for work and residency permits for foreign employees, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
-Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave balances; support onboarding and offboarding activities, and issue official HR letters and certificates as needed.
-Handle employee inquiries and concerns, manage disciplinary actions, and foster a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace environment.
-Ensure organized, secure, and up-to-date filing of all HR-related documentation, supporting internal audits and company compliance standards.
-Contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
Qualifications:
-Educational Background:
-Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities.
Required skills:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor law, NSSF, MOF regulations, and visa requirements.
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
