Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the healthcare sector. A hospital / healthcare network is hiring an HR Director to manage HR operations, manpower planning and people governance across multi-site healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee HR delivery across clinical and non-clinical teams.
Support recruitment, retention, compliance and employee relations.
Partner with leadership on workforce sustainability and service expansion.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

12+ years in HR, including healthcare-sector experience.
Strong multi-site HR exposure preferred.
Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
