Confidential Search – MENA Region
Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the construction and real estate sector. A growth-stage developer / contractor is hiring an HR Director to lead manpower planning, employee relations, recruitment governance and organisational capability across project and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR strategy across multiple sites and business units.
- Support rapid mobilisation and hiring for engineering, commercial and support functions.
- Advise leadership on productivity, retention, reward and compliance.
- Manage recruitment partners and improve HR systems and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Requirements
- 12+ years’ HR experience, including senior leadership in construction, real estate or EPC.
- Strong knowledge of site-based and head-office workforce planning.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
- GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
