We are a growing hospitality group managing and overseeing a portfolio of boutique hotels in the Giza and Pyramids area.
Our focus is on delivering a high-quality guest experience, maintaining consistent operational standards, and continuously improving the performance and service quality of our properties.
As our hotel portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support management in monitoring hotel operations, quality standards, and overall guest experience across the properties.
Role DescriptionThe Hotel Operations & Quality Coordinator is a full-time, on-site and field-based role in the Giza/Pyramids area.
The coordinator will support management in monitoring the daily operations, service quality, and overall performance of multiple boutique hotels.
Daily responsibilities include conducting regular property visits and quality checks covering guest rooms, housekeeping, reception, public areas, maintenance, breakfast and service standards, and the overall guest experience.
The coordinator will identify operational and quality issues, communicate them to the relevant hotel teams, and most importantly, follow up until the issues are properly resolved.
The role also includes reviewing guest feedback, complaints, and online reviews; identifying recurring issues; monitoring whether corrective actions have been implemented; and helping maintain consistent standards across all properties.
In addition, the coordinator will support management by monitoring key operational information such as occupancy, room availability, rates, cancellations, guest ratings, and performance on online booking platforms.
The coordinator will prepare clear daily and weekly reports for management highlighting issues identified, actions taken, outstanding matters, and areas requiring improvement.
This is not a managerial position. The role is designed for someone who is hands-on, highly observant, organized, and comfortable moving regularly between different hotel properties.
Qualifications Previous experience in hotels, hospitality, front office, reservations, housekeeping coordination, or hotel operations is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify operational and service-quality issues.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow multiple tasks and properties simultaneously.
* Comfortable conducting regular property visits and moving between hotels within the Giza/Pyramids area.
* Good understanding of guest service and hospitality standards.
