About The RoleBake Me Out is seeking an experienced, high-energy Full-Time Barista to join our team in Hazmieh. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality specialty coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional, warm customer service in line with our brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- * Prepare and serve a full range of espresso beverages, specialty drinks, smoothies, and shakes according to brand standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked barista stations and seating areas.
- Assist with light kitchen preparations as required during operational shifts.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and handling register transactions.
- Collaborate with the team across rotating AM and PM shifts to maintain high operational flow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- * Experience: Minimum 3 years in specialty coffee setups or high-volume cafés.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and cold beverage execution.
- Soft Skills: Friendly personality, strong communication, punctuality, and a team-first mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work rotating AM/PM shifts across a 6-day workweek (Monday–Sunday, 1 off day).
