Quadrature FZLLC is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join its team in Lebanon for a full-time position at its Beirut office. The Architect will work closely with the Lead Architect and the wider team on the design and development of a residential tower, contributing to all stages of the architectural process, from initial concept design to detailed technical drawings and documentation, while ensuring alignment with client requirements, building codes, safety standards, and project objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and practice.
Architectural Design Expertise: Strong background in architectural design, with the ability to develop creative concepts, architectural plans, detailed technical drawings, and comprehensive design documentation throughout the various project stages. Previous involvement in the design and development of residential towers is considered a plus.
Design Software Proficiency: Excellent command of AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with proficiency in Revit and BIM tools for architectural modeling, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Coordination Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan tasks, coordinate deliverables, monitor project milestones, and meet deadlines while maintaining high design standards. Ability to work closely with the Lead Architect, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of architectural and technical requirements.
Communication & Teamwork: Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with knowledge of Arabic considered an advantage. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate design ideas clearly.
Location & Availability: Availability to work full-time, on-site at the company's office in Beirut, Lebanon.
