Job Description:
We are hiring a talented Global Learning & Development Officer professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs across departments and regions through assessments, surveys, and consultation with managers.
- Design and develop training materials aligned with business goals and employee development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Support leadership development, onboarding, technical, and soft skills training initiatives.
- Collaborate with external training providers and vendors when required.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory or certification requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in L&D, preferably in a multinational or financial services environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication: ability to communicate and share information in a correct manner
- Flexibility: adapt to change and remain proactive.
- Supportive: Collaborate with other team members and support them to facilitate the L&D processes.
