Position Overview
Lunar Group is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our customer service team in Damour.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily call center operations.
Responsibilities
• Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Assist customers with orders and product information.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills.
• Must reside in Damour, Aramoun, Khaldeh, or nearby areas.

سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن التواصل مع العملاء، والرد على الاستفسارات، واستقبال الطلبات، وتقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
• الرد على اتصالات العملاء
• متابعة طلبات العملاء
• تقديم معلومات عن المنتجات والخدمات
• معالجة استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء
• التعاون مع فريق المبيعات والإدارات الأخرى
• الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء
المؤهلات المطلوبة
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء أو الـ Call Center
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل
• إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
• مكان السكن: الدامور، عرمون، خلدة أو المناطق المجاورة
