Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Head of Legal to be based in Riyadh.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Lead the legal function, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
- Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, regulatory matters, statutory obligations and business activities.
- Draft and negotiate complex contracts, transactions and agreements.
- Identify and manage legal and compliance risks, providing practical business-focused recommendations.
- Lead significant disputes, litigation, investigations and legal projects.
- Advise on regulatory, licensing, employment and other key legal matters.
- Manage and develop legal resources and support junior legal professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and reporting requirements.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 10+ years' legal experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated industry.
- Fluent Arabic and English a must.
- Proven experience managing legal teams, projects and complex legal matters.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi legal and regulatory requirements.
