EliteUSA
EliteUSA is a fast-growing luxury concierge and sourcing business serving high-value clients across the GCC and international markets. We operate across multiple geographies, currencies, payment methods, sourcing channels, and logistics hubs, creating a finance environment that requires strong operational discipline, commercial judgment, and hands-on execution.
We are looking for a Head of Finance / Finance Director who can build and strengthen our finance function from the ground up.
This is not a purely strategic or advisory role. We need someone who is comfortable moving between high-level financial planning and detailed execution — from building management reporting and forecasting models to reviewing reconciliations, improving payment controls, and understanding individual transaction flows.
What You’ll Own
You will take ownership of EliteUSA’s financial infrastructure, reporting, controls, and planning, including:
- Build and maintain clear financial reporting across the business, including P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, gross margin, and management reporting.
- Develop weekly and monthly dashboards that give leadership visibility into revenue, profitability, cash, receivables, customer deposits, supplier obligations, commissions, refunds, and inventory exposure.
- Build and maintain cash-flow forecasting, including short-term and 13-week cash-flow models.
- Establish reliable month-end close and reconciliation processes.
- Strengthen controls around customer payments, vendor payments, sourcing purchases, refunds, reimbursements, commissions, and inter-company transactions.
- Create clear processes for tracking customer deposits, outstanding balances, supplier commitments, and items in transit.
- Ensure proper matching and documentation across purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and improve the company’s finance systems, workflows, and tools as the business scales.
- Manage external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners where required.
- Help define the future finance team structure and hire or manage additional finance resources as the business grows.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first few months, we expect this person to:
- Give leadership a reliable view of cash, profitability, obligations, and financial performance.
- Establish a clean and repeatable monthly close process.
- Build a practical finance dashboard and forecasting framework.
- Improve controls around payments, purchasing, commissions, refunds, and reconciliations.
- Identify key risks and gaps in the current finance process.
- Create a prioritized roadmap for the finance function as EliteUSA continues to scale.
Skills
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly hands-on and comfortable building processes personally rather than only managing others.
- Strong in financial modeling, cash-flow management, reporting, and operational finance.
- Able to bring structure to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Commercially minded and able to understand how operational decisions affect cash and profitability.
- Detail-oriented enough to investigate individual transactions while still seeing the bigger picture.
- Comfortable working across multiple entities, currencies, payment platforms, and international markets.
- Strong at identifying control gaps and building practical solutions without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Able to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance leaders.
Preferred Experience
- 7+ years of progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, or controllership experience.
- Experience in a high-growth, founder-led, retail, luxury, e-commerce, marketplace, concierge, or transaction-heavy business is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cash management, management reporting, month-end close, working capital, and internal controls.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and strong financial modeling capability.
- Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Experience working across multiple countries, entities, or currencies is a plus.
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or similar qualification is preferred but not required if the candidate has strong practical experience.
The Right Fit
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building.
You should be equally comfortable discussing financial strategy with leadership and opening a spreadsheet to work through a reconciliation yourself.
If your instinct is to create structure, understand the transaction flow, identify what is missing, and build the process rather than wait for someone else to do it, you will likely be a strong fit for this role.
