Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to own and drive customer acquisition and growth for storage.ae across the UAE. This is not a traditional media-buying role. We’re looking for someone who understands the full growth funnel, knows how to turn data into decisions, and has strong hands-on experience scaling performance marketing in the UAE/GCC market. You’ll work closely with Brand, Sales, Creative, and Product to turn marketing into a measurable growth engine.
What You’ll Own
- Paid Acquisition:
- Own and optimize Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant performance channels.
- Build campaigns around clear customer intents, segments, and use cases.
- Develop proper keyword, audience, and campaign structures.
- Continuously test audiences, messaging, creatives, offers, and bidding strategies.
- Manage and optimize significant monthly media budgets.
- Landing Pages & CRO:
- Build the strategy around dedicated landing pages for different search intents, keywords, audiences, and ad angles.
- Ensure the journey from keyword → ad → landing page → conversion is highly relevant.
- Continuously test headlines, offers, CTAs, layouts, forms, and messaging.
- Identify and remove conversion friction.
- Growth Analytics:
- Own the marketing funnel from impression through to paying customer.
- Track and understand: CAC, CPL, Conversion rate, Customer LTV, Payback period, ROAS, Retention, and Cohort performance.
- Understand which channels and campaigns are actually creating profitable customers, not just leads.
- Build reporting that makes it easy to understand where money should be increased, reduced, or stopped.
- Experimentation:
- Build a clear testing roadmap and create hypotheses before launching tests.
- Test different customer segments, search intent, messaging, creative angles, offers, landing pages, and channels.
- Document learnings and apply them to the next round of campaigns.
- Market Understanding:
- Have a strong understanding of the UAE/GCC consumer and digital landscape.
- Understand local search behaviour, competitive dynamics, and customer acquisition patterns.
- Know how GCC audiences behave differently from other markets.
- Stay close to competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate and acquire customers.
- Sales & Customer Feedback:
- Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality and conversion.
- Connect marketing data with actual sales outcomes.
- Understand why customers buy, why they don’t buy, and what objections prevent conversion.
- Feed these insights back into campaigns, landing pages, and creative.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on growth/performance marketing experience.
- Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
- Proven experience managing meaningful media budgets.
- Strong UAE market experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRO and landing-page strategy.
- Comfortable working with data, analytics, and CRM/sales data.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition economics.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and relevant analytics tools.
- Strong experimentation mindset and able to explain why something is working, not just report that it is working.
- Commercially minded and focused on revenue and customer growth.
The Mindset We’re Looking For
We don’t need someone who simply knows how to launch campaigns. We need someone who asks:
- Who are we targeting?
- Why would they care?
- What are they searching for?
- What message will convert them?
- Where should we send them?
- How much are we willing to pay for that customer?
- What happened after the lead came in?
- Can we scale it profitably?
You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, testing ideas, and changing direction when the data tells you to.
Success in This Role
Success isn’t measured by how many campaigns are live or how much budget has been spent. It’s measured by our ability to acquire more customers at a sustainable CAC with strong LTV, while continuously improving the growth engine.
