Role Purpose
Support the development and expansion of FX and Commodity Hedging
capabilities across Qatar, Turkey, and Egypt by analyzing business opportunities,
defining requirements, and enabling implementation of new products, platforms,
and client solutions.
The role will support the enhancement of hedging capabilities across the product
spectrum, from basic risk management solutions to advanced structured products,
while improving client journeys and operational efficiency.

Analyze market opportunities, client demand, and product utilization trends.
Support business cases for new hedging products and platform
enhancements.
Product & Capability Development

Assist in defining target operating models and client journeys.
Platform & Process Enhancement
Support integration and enhancement of trading and treasury platforms.
Map and optimize front-to-back hedging processes.

Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
Support delivery of transformation and capability enhancement initiatives.

Experience
Product Management, or Banking Transformation.

Strong understanding of FX, Commodity, and Derivative products.
Knowledge of hedging lifecycle, trading processes, and treasury operations.
Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and
product implementation.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work across multiple markets and business functions.
Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
Based in Qatar, Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
