Seventy Gents Salon is hiring an experienced men's barber for a full-time, on-site position in Al Yasmeen, Ajman.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver professional men's haircuts, fades and tapers.
• Perform beard trimming and shaping, razor shaving and grooming services.
• Work confidently with African and varied hair textures.
• Consult clients and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and tool care.
• Provide consistent customer service and manage completed services responsibly.
The salon operates from 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. The work schedule will be agreed with the salon team.
Compensation options:
A) Fixed salary up to AED 2,000 per month. Accommodation, employment visa and residence are provided; food is paid by the employee.
B) 40% commission on personally completed paid services. Accommodation, employment visa and residence are provided; AED 300 per month is deducted for food.
Skills
Minimum 3 years of verifiable men's barbering experience. Strong practical ability in fades, tapers, beard work, razor shaving and African hair. Applicants must currently reside in the UAE, be willing to work in Ajman, provide recent photos, videos or portfolio links showing their work, confirm their availability to start, and be legally eligible for a UAE work permit and residence visa. Professional customer service, cleanliness, punctuality and teamwork are required.
