Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead and oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across our organization. The successful candidate will manage a team of ERP specialists, ensure seamless integration with business processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, Projects, etc.).
- Oversee ERP governance, system upgrades, testing, and change management.
- Collaborate with business leaders to analyze requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Manage system integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements.
- Train and mentor ERP team members and end-users.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support management decisions.
- Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary liaison with Oracle.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum +12 years of ERP experience, including at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Proven track record in ERP project management, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, Projects).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
- Oracle ERP Cloud certification is a plus.
