Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for an English Customer Support Representative for a Medical Insurance account. The role involves responding to customer inquiries in English about medical insurance coverage, claims, benefits, and account information via phone, email, and chat. The representative will handle issue resolution, document interactions accurately, and follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company and client policies. Daily tasks include clarifying policy details, guiding customers through processes, escalating complex cases when necessary, and collaborating with team leaders and support teams. The role also includes participating in training sessions, meeting performance metrics, and contributing to a positive, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, clarify information, and respond clearly and professionally in English.
- Experience or training in English teaching, language support, or coaching, demonstrating excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Skills in translation or interpreting English content as needed to ensure customer understanding of medical insurance terms and processes.
- Ability to assist in training sessions, share best practices, and support team knowledge-building for processes and customer interaction standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, preferably in a related field (languages, communication, business, or healthcare administration).
- Comfort working with computer-based systems, CRM tools, and documentation platforms, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Giza and to follow shift schedules, including possible evening or weekend hours as required.
- Previous experience in call centers, medical insurance, or healthcare customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
