Role Description The Customer Service Agent – English (C1) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. In this position, the agent will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. Daily tasks include resolving issues, processing requests, documenting cases in internal systems, and following established procedures and quality standards. The agent will work closely with team leaders to meet performance targets, maintain high customer satisfaction scores, and adhere to service level agreements. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in coaching sessions, and continuously improving communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- * Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives roles.
- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive, consistent Customer Experience.
- Excellent English language proficiency at C1 level, with clear verbal and written communication.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and resilience when handling challenging or escalated interactions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with shifting priorities and schedules.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems, CRM tools, and workflows quickly.
- Previous experience in contact centers, customer support, or BPO environments is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
