Electrical Supervisor – Production (Generators)
Location: Saudi Arabia - Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical assembly, wiring, and testing activities within our generator production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical assembly and wiring of generator sets, control panels, and associated systems.
- Plan daily activities and allocate tasks to meet production schedules.
- Ensure work complies with electrical drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Oversee electrical testing and troubleshoot faults during assembly and testing.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Guide and train electrical technicians while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Monitor production progress and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in generator production or manufacturing.
- Previous experience supervising electrical technicians.
- Strong knowledge of generator electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and testing.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
