Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications.
Preparing the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices.
preparing Payment interim and commercial documentation.
Preparing Variation assessments and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Guide and mentor Quantity surveying engineers.
Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Maintain well-documented records for contractual purpose
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering From Governmental universities
From 4 to 6 years of solid experience in construction quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC, local standards).
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in QS software (e.g.,MS Excel, AutoCAD).
