InterContinental Mzaar Lebanon Mountain Resort and Spa is looking to hire a Director of Sales.
The InterContinental Mzaar is located in the heart of the Lebanese Mountains, with 140 rooms and suites along with a variety of F&B outlets and banquet facilities in Lebanon.
Ready to spread the word about our exceptional guest experiences? We’re searching for a Sales Director with the strategic mind to help us beat our sales goals.
A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Managing daily sales activities to deliver to full potential
- Hitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximize profitability
- Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales
- Leading sales efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services and offerings
- Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts
What We need from you:What We need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
