Totus Tuus Capital (TTC) is a venture development lab supporting startups across capital introduction and fundraising, corporate finance advisory, and marketing and strategic consulting.
The Role
We're looking for a Venture Analyst to identify, evaluate, and prepare the startups TTC works with. You'll screen deal flow, select the strongest companies and advise founders on the pitch, financial, and strategic readiness that makes them fundable.
What You'll Do
Screen and evaluate inbound and sourced startups for quality and investment readiness
Advise founders on financial and strategic gaps beyond just fundraising readiness
Represent TTC's full range of services in every founder conversation
Build relationships with promising founders and maintain a strong pipeline
Source and build relationships with investors across TTC's network
Collaborate with the other team members to help move the right startups forward
Compensation
A fixed payment for hitting your monthly target, plus uncapped, performance-based earning potential on top for the right person. Full compensation structure is shared during the interview process.
What We're Looking For
Strong grasp of startup fundamentals: business models, unit economics, market sizing, and competitive positioning, and the judgment to tell a genuinely strong business from a well-rehearsed pitch
Working knowledge of traditional valuation and cap tables; familiarity with crypto fundraising structures (tokenomics, DAO governance, SAFTs) is a plus
Background in finance, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or a related analytical field
Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory, you'll be communicating directly with founders and investors, so clarity and precision matter
Sharp, direct communicator, comfortable giving founders substantive feedback grounded in real reasoning, not surface-level notes
Self-directed, resourceful, and genuinely curious about startups and markets
Strong network among startups and founders is a plus
