About the Role:
We are looking to strengthen the current SalesForce Contact team with a Contact Datasteward. Within the Business transformation team, you are responsible for the quality, definition, documentation and governance of data.
You act as a bridge between the Business, Data and IT teams to ensure that data is reliable, well understood and used consistently across the company.
Responsabilities:
Data governance
- Contribute to the implementation of the Data Governance Framework.
- Ensure that data management standards, rules and policies are applied.
Data quality
- Define and maintain data quality rules.
- Monitor data quality indicators and drive remediation plans.
- Identify, analyze and resolve data quality or consistency issues.
Metadata and glossary
- Maintain business definitions, the glossary and the data catalog.
- Ensure a common understanding of indicators, KPIs and business objects.
- Document calculation rules and business rules.
Data products and consumption
- Take part in the design and certification of Data Products.
- Validate the data used in reports, dashboards, and other solutions.
- Ensure data consistency across the various consumption channels.
Compliance and risk
- Contribute to regulatory compliance (GDPR, internal policies, etc.).
- Take part in access reviews and data compliance controls.
Required Skills:
