InterContinental Mzaar Lebanon Mountain Resort and Spa is looking to hire an Accountant.
The InterContinental Mzaar is located in the heart of the Lebanese Mountains, with 140 rooms and suites along with a variety of F&B outlets and banquet facilities in Lebanon.
Searching for an opportunity that just adds up? We’re looking for a new Accountant with strong analytical skills and attention to details to support the department.
A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
- Assist in the timely billing of accounts
- Maintain a filing system for account receivable records
- Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system
- In the absence of the Account Clerk, handle correspondence and queries regarding city ledger accounts
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and credit cards
- Process all invoices and statements
- Has perfect knowledge of the offer in general, to be able to respond to any guest request.
- Keeps herself informed of all events taking place inside and outside the hotel (fairs, congresses, meetings, exhibitions, etc.).
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with the other departments and external stakeholders (clients).
- Comply with all revenue related requirement under Internal Control Audit Checklist.
What We need from you:
- * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in hotels or F&B related field
- Good working knowledge of English & Arabic
