About Sociata
Sociata (formerly Vinelab) has connected brands with GCC’s most influential voices since 2012, bringing growth that’s reciprocal: when the creator wins, the brand wins, and when the brand wins, the creator wins.
Deep GCC cultural fluency. Ongoing creator upskilling. 25,000+ creator relationships already in place. A proprietary platform that activates and measures hundreds of creators at once.
All built to move culture and the numbers that matter.
Official partners of TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube. First creator marketing company in the world to partner with Amazon on a global creator solution. We use that position to build the middle of the market, because an economy grows when millions of emerging creators start earning, not when a few at the top earn more.
What can you tell your friends when they ask about what you do?
“I run the engine behind our creator campaigns. I make sure dozens of concurrent campaigns move on time across teams, and I keep improving the platform, automations and AI workflows we run on, so we can take on more campaigns without adding more people to chase deadlines.”
About the role
As our Campaign Operations Manager, you’ll own how campaigns move from signed brief to final report across Creator Relations, Customer Success and Content Delivery. You’ll report to our Product & Ops Director and work remotely.
We run [30+] campaigns in parallel, each with its own creators, briefs, draft approvals, posting schedules, booking orders and payments. You’ll own the campaign timeline and day-to-day prioritization across them. Team leads keep ownership of their people, execution and quality standards. You make sure the work between teams flows, and you step in when it doesn’t.
You won’t be starting from a blank page. Our campaigns already run on our own platform, with digital processes, automations and AI tools in daily use across teams. Much of it works well; some of it doesn’t yet go far enough. Your first months will be hands-on: running campaigns on the current setup, learning where it helps and where people still fall back on manual work, and mapping what actually happens.
From there, your job shifts toward making the system stronger. Over time, more of the routine coordination, such as reminders, status tracking, handoffs and approvals, should run through our tools and AI workflows, so your time goes to genuine exceptions and to improving how everything fits together. The further you take it, the more campaigns we can run, and the more your role grows.
What you’ll be doing
→ Running campaign delivery
- Owning the timeline for every active campaign: deliverables, dependencies, owners and deadlines, with a live view anyone can check.
- Setting day-to-day priorities across campaigns when teams compete for capacity, and escalating only real conflicts that need a business decision.
- Making sure each team has the briefs, inputs and approvals it needs before work reaches it.
- Catching delays early, finding their cause and driving recovery plans to completion.
→ Fixing how campaigns run
- Refining the workflow, handoff requirements and checkpoints for each stage of a campaign.
- Turning recurring exceptions into defined paths: what triggers them, who owns them and how they’re resolved.
- Keeping operational data accurate and building reporting that shows where time is lost and whether changes actually work.
→ Improving the system
- Getting to know our platform, automations and AI tools in depth, and becoming the go-to person for how campaign operations run on them.
- Extending and improving existing automations and AI workflows, and building new ones where gaps remain, to remove manual follow-up and repetitive coordination.
- Working with our Product and Technology teams on larger platform changes, turning operational problems into well-defined requirements.
- Experimenting with AI agents for coordination tasks, testing what works in practice and scaling what does.
What we’re looking for
✴︎ Experience
- 3 to 5 years managing campaign, production or project delivery at an agency, creator platform, media company or similar. Creator or influencer marketing experience is a strong plus.
- A track record of improving the tools and workflows around you: trackers, automations or AI workflows you set up or upgraded because the existing way wasn’t good enough.
- Hands-on experience with automation and data tools such as Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n or similar, and with using LLMs to build working workflows, not just to draft text.
- Comfortable learning an existing system quickly and improving it from the inside, rather than replacing it.
- Fluent English. Arabic is a strong plus.
✴︎ Skills
- Highly organised, with the attention to detail to manage many campaigns, dependencies and competing deadlines at once.
- Strong problem-solving: you spot gaps, explain them simply and turn them into structured solutions.
- Comfortable with data: you investigate issues, find patterns and use evidence to make decisions.
- Direct, confident communication. You can hold teams to deadlines while keeping good working relationships.
✴︎ What you’re like
- You’d rather fix the cause of a problem than chase the same problem twice.
- You bring structure to messy situations and stay calm when priorities change mid-campaign.
- You enjoy improving things and judge them by whether people actually use them.
- You follow through to resolution.
✴︎ This probably isn’t for you if
- You haven’t managed real campaign or project delivery before, however strong your tech skills are.
- You prefer coordinating a stable process over changing it.
- Your first instinct with an existing system is to rebuild it from scratch.
- Your experience with AI is mostly using chat tools rather than building workflows with them.
What success looks like
In your first three months, you’re running campaign delivery hands-on, you know our platform and automations inside out, every active campaign has a reliable timeline, and you’ve mapped where delays and manual workarounds still happen.
Within a year, campaigns move through well-defined workflows, risks surface early, and much of the routine follow-up that’s still manual today runs through our tools and AI workflows. Delivery is consistently on time, and we’re running more campaigns without adding coordination headcount.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary.
- Flexible days and hours. If you need to leave early for the gym or to sort something out, go ahead.
- Plenty of learning. We’re proud of how much our people know about what we do.
- Paid leave.
- A-class health insurance.
- Real ownership: the improvements you make become how Sociata runs.
