Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Beirut. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, and recommending suitable EDM software and IT solutions. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with technical and project teams to prepare proposals, support smooth implementation handovers, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, participating in training on EDM solutions, and staying informed about market trends in the MENA region.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
Candidates should possess effective Training skills to deliver product presentations, user guidance, and client onboarding sessions.
Relevant experience in B2B software or IT solutions sales in the MENA region is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages in the region are a plus.
