TurQuoise Medical is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our team in Dekwaneh, Lebanon.
This is primarily an office-based position focused on studying, analyzing, and evaluating a wide range of medical devices and technologies from international manufacturers.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of medical equipment, including technical specifications, operating principles, clinical applications, features, and competitive advantages.
The Biomedical Engineer will serve as an internal technical product specialist, supporting our sales, engineering, and project teams by providing technical training, preparing product comparisons, conducting equipment demonstrations, and ensuring a thorough understanding of the products represented by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- * Study and understand medical equipment specifications, operating principles, features, and clinical applications across different medical specialties.
- Review manufacturers' technical manuals, brochures, datasheets, and product documentation.
- Prepare detailed technical comparisons between different medical equipment brands and models.
- Train sales and technical teams on product specifications, functionality, operation, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and conduct technical presentations and practical equipment demonstrations.
- Evaluate medical equipment against customer requirements and tender specifications.
- Prepare technical compliance sheets, product evaluations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with international manufacturers to obtain technical information, clarifications, and product training.
- Support the sales team by answering technical inquiries and recommending appropriate medical equipment solutions.
- Continuously research new medical technologies and maintain updated knowledge of the company's product portfolio.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering is mandatory.*
* Strong understanding of medical equipment, biomedical instrumentation, and healthcare technologies.
* Ability to independently research, study, and understand new medical devices.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret technical specifications.
* Strong communication, presentation, and technical training skills.
* Ability to explain complex medical equipment features clearly and professionally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple product categories.
* Previous experience in medical equipment product specialization, technical support, clinical applications, or product training is an advantage.
* Fresh Biomedical Engineering graduates with strong technical knowledge and learning capabilities are encouraged to apply.
