Job Summary
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Sales Representative with strong exposure to OT/Industrial Cybersecurity to drive business development and sales across IT and OT environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling cybersecurity solutions to industrial and critical infrastructure clients, understanding customer requirements, working with technical teams, and developing solutions that address both IT and OT security challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT and OT cybersecurity solutions.
Engage customers across Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Critical Infrastructure sectors.
Understand customer cybersecurity requirements across IT/OT environments and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, IT/OT managers, cybersecurity teams, engineering teams, and senior decision-makers.
Sell solutions covering OT network security, industrial firewalls, network monitoring, segmentation, vulnerability management, SIEM, SOC, endpoint security, and industrial cybersecurity.
Work closely with technical and presales teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer activities through CRM.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor OT cybersecurity trends, competitors, technologies, and emerging threats.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, OT, industrial automation, or technology solution sales.
Proven experience selling cybersecurity or technology solutions to enterprise/industrial customers.
Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and industrial cybersecurity.
Experience dealing with sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Critical Infrastructure is highly preferred.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close complex B2B deals.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

OT/ICS security and industrial control systems.
SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, industrial networks, and OT environments.
OT network segmentation and monitoring.
Cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001.
Cybersecurity vendors and solutions serving industrial environments.
Certifications such as CompTIA, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
