We are seeking an experienced Consultant Neurologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing complex neurological conditions and providing comprehensive, patient-centered neurological care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological disorders.
- Evaluate and treat conditions including stroke, epilepsy, headache disorders, movement disorders, neuropathies, and neurodegenerative diseases.
- Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage complex and acute neurological cases.
- Interpret relevant neurological investigations and imaging studies.
- Provide specialist consultation for inpatient and outpatient cases.
- Coordinate patient care with neurosurgeons, radiologists, rehabilitation specialists, and other medical teams.
- Manage neurological emergencies and acute stroke cases when required.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and long-term care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
RequirementsQualifications & Requirements
- * MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- MD/DNB/DM/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Neurology.
- Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
- Strong expertise in managing complex neurological conditions.
- Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient-management skills.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
