ABOUT THE ROLEFor the growth of Your Software Supplier we are looking for multiple Co-Founders. In thisrole you will be responsible for achieving a part of the overal vision, mission and targets ofYour Software Supplier. During the selection process we will make a plan for your role inco-creation where we focus on your strengths, knowledge, experience and network.Below you can find an overview of some of the important tasks that can be done.
TASKS CAN INCLUDE• Spreading the word about Your Software Supplier• Create partnerships in the global startup ecosystem• Networking with entrepreneurs and organizations• Manage a part of the operations• Source software leads (websites, apps and software solutions)• Build & manage a network of Referral Partners that bring in software leads• Executing go-to-market activities• Develop & launch new services• Support with achieving the overal vision, mission and targets
REQUIREMENTS• Good English communication skills• Capable of getting things done• Sales, marketing, partnerships or business development experience• Winner mentality• Capable of working independently• Experience with remote working• Min. 16 hours per week available
COMPENSATION• Bonuses up to €88.000,- for reaching personal milestones• 18% profit sharing capped at €622.000,- per year.• Additional 6% profit sharing capped at €1.282.000,- per year after completingtraining• Up to €5.000,- commission per deal of your Referral Partner team.
