About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and serve as a central point of coordination across the company.
This role is designed for someone who can operate as an extension of the CEO, understand the business deeply, work across all departments, solve problems independently, and ensure priorities move from discussion to execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who can be given a problem, objective, or opportunity and take full ownership of it from start to finish, with minimal supervision.
You will participate in key internal and external meetings, coordinate with leadership and teams, interact with investors and partners, support fundraising and grant applications, and become one of the most trusted reference points within the company.

- * Handle administrative and operational matters independently.
- Contact vendors, partners, service providers, government entities, and other external parties when necessary.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, services, and solutions on behalf of the company when authorized.
- Research options, compare alternatives, and bring completed recommendations rather than unresolved problems.
- Manage complex tasks with minimal instructions and determine the best way to complete them.

* Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader strategic view.
* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
* Based in Jordan.
* Must be willing and able to travel internationally* when required.
The Person We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who does not wait to be told every step.
If given a problem, they find the right people, gather the information, negotiate where needed, solve the issue, and return with a result.
They should be comfortable moving between very different situations: joining an investor meeting in the morning, resolving an internal team issue at noon, negotiating with an external vendor in the afternoon, and preparing an important company update before the end of the day.
They should gradually become someone who understands the company almost end-to-end and who employees trust as a reliable source of information and solutions.
What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means:
- The CEO spends less time on administrative and operational follow-ups.
- Company priorities are executed faster.
- Teams know exactly what is expected from them.
- Important tasks do not get lost between departments.
- Employees have a trusted person who can help resolve problems.
- Investors and partners receive professional and consistent communication.
- Grant and investment opportunities are actively pursued.
- Meetings consistently turn into actions and results.
- Problems reach the CEO with recommended solutions, not simply questions.
The standard for this role is simple:
When something is assigned, the response should not be:
“What should I do next?”
It should be:
“It’s handled. Here’s the result.”
