Role Description The Chief of Staff role at Peko is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline decision-making, and coordinate cross-functional projects across product, operations, finance, and commercial teams. Daily responsibilities include preparing executive briefings, managing leadership meeting agendas, tracking key objectives and results, and ensuring timely follow-through on action items. The role also involves analyzing business performance data, identifying operational improvements, and supporting stakeholder communications internally and externally. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping prioritize initiatives, manage confidential information, and foster alignment across the company.
Qualifications
- * Strong strategic planning, business analysis, and problem-solving abilities to support executive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Project and program management experience, including structuring initiatives, setting timelines, and monitoring progress against goals.
- Background in operations, management consulting, finance, or technology-driven businesses, ideally within SaaS or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapting to evolving priorities and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Experience working in or with organizations in the Middle East region is beneficial; strong English proficiency required, Arabic a plus.
