About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead our Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial and revenue growth strategies.
- Lead Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Set commercial targets, KPIs, and budgets.
- Build relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments.
- Ensure commercial activities comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of the UAE FX & financial services market
- Proven track record in revenue growth and business expansion
- Strong network of clients and industry partners
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic skills
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements
