We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp In-Charge to manage and supervise company labour accommodation.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the labour accommodation/camp.
Maintain proper room and bed allocation records.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and general camp conditions.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and other camp-related requirements.
Maintain accurate records of employees residing in the accommodation.
Monitor employee attendance and discipline within the camp.
Coordinate with HR regarding employee accommodation matters.
Report maintenance, safety, and other issues to Management/HR.
Ensure compliance with Company accommodation rules and safety requirements.
Handle employee accommodation complaints and resolve routine issues.
Coordinate with service providers and maintenance teams when required.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Camp In-Charge / Camp Supervisor / Accommodation Supervisor.
Experience managing labour accommodation is preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain records and coordinate with HR and Management.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Ability to handle employees from different nationalities.
Location: Muscat, Oman.
