About the Role
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend months observing from the sidelines.
You’ll work directly with the founder and become part of the day-to-day building of the agency.
One day you might be helping prepare a pitch for a potential client. The next, coordinating an influencer campaign, supporting a brand launch, helping manage a client account, or identifying new business opportunities.
You’ll gain exposure to both the commercial and execution sides of the business while working across multiple clients, industries, and projects.

What You’ll Do
• Research new business, client, and partnership opportunities
• Support business development activities and lead generation
• Prepare proposals and pitch decks
• Support client accounts and ensure projects move forward seamlessly
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through delivery
• Prepare campaign trackers, reports, meeting notes, and client updates
• Support social media execution, community management, and performance reporting
• Assist with launches, events, and brand activations
• Work closely with the founder on strategic and day-to-day priorities
• Contribute ideas that improve our clients’ brands and help grow We Are The Brand
Who You Are

• Is based in Lebanon and available to work remotely on UAE working hours
• Communicates exceptionally well in both English and Arabic
• Creates clear, structured, and visually compelling decks
• Is highly organized and pays attention to the smallest details
• Naturally takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Thinks creatively while remaining commercially minded
• Is confident communicating with clients, creators, and partners
• Can manage multiple priorities without losing momentum

Previous agency, marketing, business development, or account management experience is a plus, but attitude, communication, and potential matter far more.
