The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) is seeking to hire a Business Development / Growth Coordinator to join the Cancer Care Insurance (CCI) team.
The Coordinator – Acquisition Stream will support the growth and development of the CCI portfolio by executing day-to-day business development, client acquisition, and relationship management activities in line with the approved Sales Stream strategy and targets.
The role is primarily acquisition- and execution-focused, with responsibility for supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through client engagement, follow-up, subscription conversion, and successful handover to the Operations Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct regular client engagement and follow-up activities to convert leads and opportunities into CCI subscriptions.
- Support the achievement of assigned monthly revenue and membership targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Conduct presentations and awareness sessions to introduce CCI benefits, coverage, and subscription options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads, opportunities, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales status.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, agreements, subscription documents, and other client-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely completion of sales and subscription processes.
- Follow up on open opportunities and contribute to pipeline development and sales forecasting.
- Support business development initiatives, campaigns, partnership activities, and other sales-related assignments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in the service industry is highly preferred, particularly in insurance, banking, telecommunications, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to work with corporate clients, generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and convert opportunities into business.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Customer-focused, target-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
