We’re hiring: Senior Business Development Manager – International Markets
Have you won international clients for a BPO, outsourcing, or B2B services company? We’d like to speak with you.
Contacts Plus Spike (CPS) is a Cairo-based outsourcing company providing customer support, outbound sales, technical support, and back-office services.
We’re looking for an experienced business development professional to grow our international client portfolio, with a focus on the US, UK, Canada, and GCC.
You’ll own the sales process from identifying opportunities and reaching decision-makers to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven success acquiring B2B clients outside Egypt.
• Experience selling BPO, outsourcing, or related business services.
• A strong track record in outbound prospecting and closing new business.
• Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and operations leaders.
• Excellent business English and strong proposal and negotiation skills.
Direct experience selling offshore outsourcing services is strongly preferred. Experience limited to the Egyptian market will not meet this role’s requirements.
