Role Description The مندوب جمعيات role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shuwaikh. The role focuses on managing relationships with cooperatives and retail outlets, including regular visits, promoting company products, and ensuring proper display and stock levels. The مندوب جمعيات is responsible for coordinating orders, following up on deliveries, and handling basic documentation such as invoices and product listings. The role includes monitoring market trends, gathering feedback from customers and store representatives, and reporting insights to the sales and management teams. The position also requires close collaboration with internal departments to resolve issues promptly and support smooth operations with all assigned cooperatives.
Qualifications
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with cooperative societies, retailers, and internal teams.
* Strong communication skills in Arabic; basic to good English skills are an advantage.
* Basic sales, negotiation, and product promotion abilities, preferably within FMCG, foodstuffs, or construction materials.
* Organizational skills for handling orders, follow-ups, stock checks, and simple paperwork.
* Valid Kuwait residency and driving license, with willingness to travel between different cooperatives and outlets.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a customer-focused attitude, with the ability to work independently on-site.
* Previous experience as a مندوب جمعيات or in field sales/merchandising roles in Kuwait is a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in sales or business is beneficial.
