Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor
We are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor for immediate joining.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in marine service operations
Knowledge of marine engines, boats, outboard/inboard motors, and marine maintenance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to prepare service estimates, open and close job cards, and coordinate with technicians
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy and experience with service management systems are an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred)
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
